Lillo and Stitch Fantasy Delusion
Summary
This is a story about Lilo in high school and getting tricked by evil Mertle's good-looking cousin Rick (who is also evil and a big-time cheating, lying two-timer). Lilo believes that Rick will be her soul mate and is too blinded by foolish puppy love to see the real truth about him. Lilo ignores Stitch more than ever and the little blue alien is saddened deeply. He thinks Lilo doesn't want to be his friend anymore and soon grows jealous (and even more overprotective)... He follows them to a social event, staying out of sight. While Lilo goes to the ladies' room, evil Rick hurries off to a different girl named Lora Lee (who is one of his many many girlfriends). Evil Mertle is there as well. When Stitch overhears Rick talking trash about Lilo (Mertle and Lora laugh maniacally), he is enraged. Immediately, he attacks Rick openly in public and Mertle shrieks in surprise. (Lora runs off. -Coward!) She tells Rick that Stitch is Lilo's weird ugly blue dog and the attack is ultimately Lilo's fault and she was to blame. Lilo, at that time, returns due to all the commotion. She is embarrassed to death and is very angry at Stitch. My Review
This Fantasy Delusion did not convince me at all! Lilo and Stitch is about “Ohana” Family! Unity! Laying your life down for a genuine friend. Lilo and Stitch share this reality, a sense of belonging, having a place in the world, being unique and loved is what the story is really about.
Stitch shook his head. "No …She has forgotten me..." Jumba set his creation back on the floor. "Still...Jumba make Stitch look human...maybe? Meega want to be bigger and taller! Help, Jumba... Please help Stitch? Somehow?”
Poor old Stitch thinking he has to change his appearance to be noticed and accepted by Lilo. A Selfish and deluded fantasy, manifests its name perfectly!
