Supernatural & the Vampire Diaries
Back story:
Sam and Dean help Damon rescue Stefan who has been captured and tortured by a vampire named Fredrick and his friends. Damon can’t get into the house because the house owner has been kept alive and compelled by Fredrick to never let Damon inside. Sam and Dean act to get into the house of where the vampires are keeping Stefan. They first have to get Damon inside the house. Damon gets the house owner outside the house and kills her to gain access. Elena is supposed to be waiting in the car but she’s too concerned about saving Stefan and goes to the house to try finding Stefan herself.
Vampires have the power of super speed, strength and to use a mind control only on humans called Compulsion. Vampires aren’t allowed inside a house unless invited in by the owner of the house or unless the owner passes away and has no living relatives. A Vampire’s weaknesses are anything wooden if it enters their body and vervain which is a special herb that can poison any vampire.
Elena ran to the side of the house. Looking over at the entrance to the basement, she took two deep breaths and ran towards it. She quickly slipped through the steel gate which led her to another door with fogged up windows. Elena peered through the window, checking for vampires. She rattled the doorknob, trying to open it. No success. Shrugging, she elbowed the glass to break it open and reached over to unlock the door from the inside. She opened the door and waited silently against the corner with a vervain dart, ready to poison any vampire. From out of the shadows, Sam appeared, surprised to see Elena.
“What are you doing here?”
“You expect me to stay in the car while you guys rescue Stefan?”
Sam sighed and shook his head. “Fair enough. Let’s find him.”
Stefan was hanging, his hands tied with vervain ropes and blood on his body where the vampires had stabbed him with wooden stakes. Elena burst through the door and gasped in shock, seeing her boyfriend hanging and bleeding.
Words barely escaping Stefan’s lips, he whispered, “Elena.”
Sam entered the room “Let’s get you down.” Sam untied the ropes as Stefan fell into Elena’s arms.
“Get him to the car,” Sam ordered to Elena as he left the basement.
Fredrick was sitting in a chair in the main room, music playing loudly while watching the other vampires play pool.
“Turn that down,” he said suddenly. The vampire closest to the stereo turned down the volume. Fredrick stood up.
“It’s too quiet” he murmured. Out of nowhere, the female vampire near the entrance of the room fell to the ground, revealing a wooden stake in her back. Fredrick’s eyes narrowed.
“Spread out now,” he commanded the group “You two – back of the house, check all the rooms. You. Cellar. Now!” The vampires spread out to their appointed spots.
“Can you make it?” Elena asked breathlessly, still carrying Stefan. He was limping – the pain was too much. He fell to the ground, bringing Elena down too. She turned over her hand, revealing blood from a small cut. Stefan smelt her blood and realised she was hurt.
“Are you OK?”
“Yeah”, Elena looked over at Stefan while covering her hand “We gotta keep going. Come on.” Elena helped Stefan up as they continue their way to Dean’s Impala.
Fredrick passed a room and came to a halt – another vampire with a stake through his heart lying on the ground. Damon appeared from the shadows and tackled Fredrick, pinning him into the corner of a wall. Fredrick pushed Damon off but Damon’s strong grip never faltered as he pushed him into another wall. Fredrick used his strength to push back one more time. Damon reacted with a sharp punch. Now attempting to snap each other’s necks, Damon slammed Fredrick to the ground and started punching into his face. Two more vampires grabbed Damon and started another vicious attack. Fredrick, now free, ran away from the fight assuming that the two vampires can finish Damon off. Damon struggled to fight both the vampires but managed to break one of their legs and kill one. Damon is still fighting the other vampire when another one appears. Before Damon can blink, the vampire is killed, revealing Dean with a wooden stake. Sam runs down the stairs
“Any more?”
As Elena and Stefan reached the car, Elena helped Stefan into the passenger seat. Elena ran over to the driver’s seat, got in the car and reached for the keys. Nothing.
“Stefan…”
The window next to Stefan exploded and Fredrick pulled him out, throwing him onto the ground. Fredrick held up Stefan. “This is for Bethanne!” His fist connected with Stefan’s jaw.
“No!” Elena stabbed her vervain dart in Fredrick’s back. He dropped Stefan instantly and with a groan, collapsed onto the ground unconscious. Elena ran over to Stefan.
“Stefan?” Elena was filled with worry while she watched her boyfriend going unconscious.
Sam and Dean were still searching for other vampires in the house. As they descended the stairs, a vampire leaped out from nowhere, attacking Sam. The vampire bit into his neck and Sam retaliated by slamming it into a nearby table.
“Sam!” Dean ran down the stairs and grabbed the vampire off Sam, throwing him to the ground and staking him. He glanced at his brother who was wiping at his neck.
“Close call there, Sammy” Dean said, helping him up. “Stay here with Damon. I’ll go check on Elena and Stefan”. Sam nodded, wincing at the pain in his neck. Dean ran to the kitchen and out the door.
Damon found Sam still near the stairs, his hand on his neck
“Fredrick’s gone,” he reported.
“We should get out of here,” Sam suggested logically.
Damon opened the front door while Sam followed, only to see about seven more vampires walking towards the house.
“Maybe we should go back inside”, Sam decided quickly.
“Good idea,” Damon agreed, stepping back inside the house.
“Stefan, please get up,” Elena begged, shaking him. She could hear Fredrick regaining consciousness.
“Hey, is he OK?” Dean ran up suddenly behind Elena.
“I think he just needs blood,” Elena admitted tearfully.
Fredrick suddenly got up with a branch in his hand, eyes red with anger and ready to attack. He rushed behind Dean who, reacting on instinct, grabbed him with his free hand, punched and threw him against a nearby tree. Elena, still sitting over Stefan, looked at her small cut on her hand. Her eyes narrowed as she considered feeding him. Fredrick slowly turned back to where Stefan was lying, seeing Elena inhale and brings her hand to Stefan’s mouth. His mouth curled into a growl. Dean quickly got up, grabbed a branch lying in front of him and ran to Fredrick, staking him in the back before he reached Elena.
“Elena! Don’t!” Dean pulled Elena’s hand away from Stefan’s mouth. Stefan opened his eyes.
“Thanks, Dean.”
